Shipping & Returns

We ship to virtually all major countries with most buyers come from UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, etc.


Shipping:
 
The preparation time is about 1-3 working days after we receive your order.
Then the delivery time depends on which shipping mode you choose, presently, we offer 2 shipping modes:
 
*Standard Shipping: the delivery time is about 5-7 working days from its despatch date.
 
Shipping Rates are as followings:
 
0~0.20kg: Free
0.21~0.50kg:  £4.95
0.51~1.30kg:  £6.95
1.31~2.00kg:  £8.95
2.01~20.00kg: £9.95
 
*Express Shipping:  the delivery time is about 3-4 working days from its despatch date.
 
Shipping Rates are as followings:
0~0.50kg:      £15.00
0.51~1.00kg:  £20.00
1.01~1.50kg:  £25.00
1.51~2.00kg:  £30.00
2.01~2.50kg: £35.00
Every following 0.50, we charge an extra £5.00
 
At checkout, our system lists the available shipping modes and related postages for your easy choice.



Returns:
  • Any unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
    1) Return for Exchange:
    If you request for exchange, we will only replace you the new item upon receipt of your returned unit and the replacement shipping charge. All replacement items are not subject to further exchange or refund.
    2) Return for refund:
    Refund for any authorized return other than for damage or error on our part will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to off-set handling and banking costs. You have a choice for full sales credit refund for all authorized returns including damage or error on our part. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable other than error on our part.
    Note: All unauthorized, "freight to collect" or surface mail returns will be refused and no credit will be issued.
  • In case of any defect, you must notify us ASAP upon receiving the goods so that we may arrange a Return Authorization Number.
  • Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
  • Custom-made products due to their nature cannot be refunded but we will make alterations free of charge. You have to bear both return and resent postages.


If you wish to return a dress, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our operator will instruct you how to arrange return accordingly as soon as we hear from you.
