No part this website may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval
system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic,
mechanical, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission of
the owners.
We
reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company without
explanation.
Orders will usually be dispatched within
5 working days or order.
Dispatch & Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by us or the Royal
Mail.
We no longer provide a Next Day Service so please take that into
account when ordering.
Postage Is
calculated per item PLUS £2.95 Packing fee. Postage is stated
in the product description. This allows us to keep postage costs down
for multiple orders.
All
in stock products will be dispatched to you within 28 days at the most. We will notify you
within 5 working days of order if this item is not in stock. We can order out of stock item in for you but can take up to 6 weeks for delivery
Items
are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and if not signed for will be returned and held
until alternative delivery arrangements can be made.
A tracking
number can be emailed to you upon request. This can be tracked using
the Royal Mail web site (www.royalmail.co.uk)
International orders are processed the same as UK orders but can
take longer to arrive. Please allow about 10-15 days from the point
of order to receive your items.
We
are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act 1998. You can access
our Website home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal
data. All data disclosed when ordering will only be used by us for dispatch
and select marketing if you have opted in for such.
Cookies
are used by the shopping cart system to hold your order until
checkout.
We will
store your order & address information but will not use it for
marketing purposes unless you have requested so through our
newsletter.
Credit/Debit card information is not passed onto us and is dealt
with by Worldpay or Paypal only. This further protects you from
Fraud.
You
have the right to a refund without penalty up to 7 working days starting the day
after you receive the product.
If an
item is too large or too small we will exchange it for the correct size within
7 working days of delivery. We will dispatch your replacement only on receipt of the
original item in the original packaging complete with tags.
Refunds will only be given under certain circumstances and if the items are
returned within the 7 working day cooling off period, unmarked, undamaged and with the original tags and packaging. If not they may be subject to
a £5 restocking fee. This does not effect your statutory Rights.
Postage will not be
refunded if we have already shipped the item to you and you have signed for
it.
All
defective items returned after 30 days will be assessed and we will offer a
repair to any manufacturing faults or a refund under the above noted acts and
regulations, Damaged goods should be returned to us on of receipt of the
product.
Please include the returns slip with all returns along
with the order number. Please include your Name, Address and a description of the reason for return. This will expedite a
resolution.
We
are not responsible for items lost during transit back to us. We recommend
that you send all returns back by Special or Recorded Delivery. Claims for damages during transit
to us can be made to Royal Mail directly.
These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory Rights.
